Once you place your order, we connect with you by email and provide shipping details so you can send us your child’s artwork / baby clothes for our products!

Our artbook takes 3 weeks and our memory quilt and stuffy takes 1 month.

For our Hong Kong customers – Yes! We cover shipping costs when returning the finished item. However, clients are responsible for getting the materials to us – either in person to our workshop or by SF Express.

For overseas customers – drop us an email before placing your order and we’ll quote you a cost that includes shipping.

Our artbooks have two cover options as well as a horizontal and vertical option which you can choose from. For our school packages, we include a customized cover to include the school logo.

For our memory quilts, customers can customize the border color as well as add on an embroidered initial or name.
