PROCESS:

Hong Kongers – our fees include return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for delivering the baby clothes to us – either in person or by SF Express. We’ll send back a finished toy at no extra shipping charge.

Once a purchase has been made, we’ll reach out by email to confirm your order and share our workshop shipping information.

As soon as we receive your child’s clothes, our artisans get to work on your toy! You can expect a finished stuffy delivered to your address in 1 months time.
